Road Impact Fee

Facility Impact Fee
(non-refundable)		 $1,000.00
Renovation Fee
(non-refundable)		 $750.00
FARB Construction Damage Bond
(refundable)*
*NOTE: any remaining bond deposit not used to rectify remediation issues will be refunded once final compliance inspections have been completed by Firethorn ARB		 $5,000.00
Fees for Non-Compliance (work after hours, weekends, and specified holidays):

  • 1st Offense: No Charge
  • 2nd Offense: $250.00
  • 3rd Offense: $500.00
  • 4th Offense: $1,000.00

These non-compliance fines will be due at time of infraction. If not received, fine(s) will be deducted from the FARB Construction Damage Bond.
